Cooking Instructions:

Heat Oil
Fill a deep skillet or fryer with oil—enough to fully submerge the chicken pieces. Heat to 350°F (175°C). -
Prep the Chicken
Rinse and pat chicken dry. For extra flavor and crispiness, dip pieces in buttermilk or mustard as a binder (optional). -
Coat with Bamma Chicken Fry
Pour Bamma Chicken Fry mix into a shallow dish or bag. Thoroughly coat each piece of chicken. Shake off any excess. -
Fry to Crispy Perfection
Carefully place chicken in the hot oil. Fry for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the coating is golden brown and crispy.
✅ Chicken is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). -
Drain & Serve
Remove chicken and place on a wire rack to drain. Let rest for a couple of minutes, then serve and enjoy!
