Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat Oil
    Pour oil into a deep skillet or fryer—enough to fully cover the fish. Heat to 350°F.

  2. Prep the Fish
    Rinse and pat fish fillets dry. For extra crispiness, dip the fish in buttermilk or mustard as a binder (optional).

  3. Coat with Bamma Fish Fry
    Pour Bamma Fish Fry mix into a shallow dish or bag. Coat fish fillets thoroughly on all sides. Shake off excess.

  4.  Fry to Perfection
    Carefully place the coated fish into the hot oil. Fry for 3–5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) ✅, and the coating is golden brown and crispy.

  5. Drain & Serve
    Remove fish and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil. Serve hot and enjoy!
